Requirements
- Understand programing language and coding stuffs. For example:PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, FTP, MySQL and other programing language very well.
- Able to code the site Layout. Whether it’s the main site, Gallery, or Forum, you should be able to TURN the layout into CODES and APPLY it on the site.
- Able to cooperate with Graphic Design Team for the web layout
- Monitoring the site technical performance and web server
- Experience with WordPress & PHPBB
- Know how to use CPANEL as well
- Attention to detail to ensure quality

TRANSLATORS

Requirements
- Fluent in Korean OR Japanese
- Fluent in English (it’s okay if you’re not, we’ll edit your translations!)
- Article you translate must be understandable to read in English
- Must know how to find news articles from Korean/Japanese sites (optional)
- You’ll be translating most everything from me2day updates, tweets, UFO messages, videos, & magazine scans. (If you’re not comfortable translating from videos, please do let us know)

- Must know how to use AEGISUB or VIRTUALDUB (if you use other software(s), please inform us)
- TYPESETTER: must know how to typeset & edit grammar/spelling mistakes
- TIMER: must know how to time & edit grammar/spelling mistakes
- ENCODER: must know how to encode the subs onto the videos. You must check to make sure the timing/grammar/spelling is correct. You must have good Internet connection to be able to upload. You will usually or most of the time have to upload huge video files.
